  • Our giving creates an opportunity for God to pour out incredible blessings! Over the past two years, Way Church has grown by 25% seeing hundreds of people find Jesus and freedom in all our different avenues. It's amazing to witness God's provision and blessing.


    In the last 3 months alone we've seen 22 people find Jesus, 13 baptisms and dedicated 11 babies. We've an increase in attendance of 15% on Sundays and our work with children and teenagers go from strength to strength. 60 people went through our Bible Course with many forming bible groups on the back of it.

  • We are fighting food poverty and loneliness through Community Grocery. We now serve 1200 people every month with reduced food, free bread and clothing. When including the family, that means we help an estaimate of 2500 across the Wigan borough each month. It's not just about access to food though. We members can also attend cooking classes, warm spaces and prayer ministry. See more of this work here.

  • We are currently renovating our new community centre called: Market Hall. The Market Hall will house a new Community Kitchen, two Counselling Rooms, a Sensory Room and large sports hall. The heart of the Market Hall is 'to create community through creativity', bringing countless more people into proximity with Way and the message of hope we carry. We already have our first event booked in for the summer when some renovations will be completed.

    This is only possible because of people's tithing ang giving. And there's never a greater opportunity to build with us so this blessing continues to grow.

  • Way Foundation is set up to resource ministries and projects that enable people to find their way to health, development and restoration. Since launching in 2022, Way Foundation has given away £200,000 to initiatives in Wigan, Greater Manchester, Kenya, India, Brazil, Ukraine and more.

    10% of all the regular giving we receive goes into Way Foundation. Tithing is part of our culture and modelled through the beautiful work our team are able to do through people's sacrifice.

  • We take stewardship seriously. All budgets are approved by Way's Board of Directors and managed by a team of leaders who make sure diligence, efficiency and faith are at the heart of our decision-making. We operate in line with all the legal parameters set out by the Charities Commission and our finances are audited annually by an independent body.
