We have an exciting new opportunity to join our staff team. As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen the team with the creation of a new full-time role - EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS LEADER
We are looking for an experienced leader to provide oversight of Way's operational functions, including Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Office Admin, Governance and Compliance, and to support the Leader of Way to translate vision into reality. See below for more information about this role:
Role Description: EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS LEADER (full-time), Salary Range: £38k - £44k
This role will work closely with the Leader, Area Leaders and General Manager to translate vision into strategies, budgets and operational plans.
They will lead the management of church resources, including buildings, budgets and major projects and will lead on compliance, risk management and internal controls, supporting the Trustees in fulfilling their duties.
The main areas of responsibility will be as follows:
Operational Leadership:
Oversight of Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Office Admin, Legal and major projects.
Governance and Compliance:
Support the Leader and the Board in fulfilling their responsibilities in accordance with Charity Commission requirements.
Lead on compliance, risk management and internal controls for safeguarding, health and safety, financial controls, GDPR and related areas.
Strategic Delivery:
Collaborate with the Leader, Area Leaders and General Manager to translate vision into strategy and operational plans and budgets.
Oversee the budget and financial planning processes.

· Previous high-level leadership experience
